Astreea SmartCharger 1x22 kW Floor-Standing EV Charging Station (with 5 m coiled cable)

This is the version with cable included of the cylindrical floor-standing station: the driver does not need to have their own cable, they just park the car and plug in. The cable is coiled, that is it retracts on its own after use and does not stay stretched on the ground, which matters a lot in a car park where people also walk. The stainless steel pillar is installed directly on the floor, so no wall is needed.

The supply is three-phase at 400 V, with 32 A and power of up to 22 kW, adjustable by the user between 4 and 22 kW depending on what the building installation can take. The coiled cable is 5 m long, enough for a standard parking space, regardless of which side the car has its socket on. The enclosure has a diameter of only 114 mm, and the total weight, cable included, is 15 kg. For use in publicly accessible spaces, the station has IK10 impact resistance, IP54 protection against dust and splashes and shock and tilt sensors that automatically stop the session if it is hit or knocked over; it works from -30 to +60 °C. Control and monitoring are done from the iOS and Android apps, and the fully configurable RGB LED indicator shows the charging status from a distance.

Astreea SmartCharger self standing with one socket and coiled cable (code ACS1121) is the version with cable included of the cylindrical floor-standing station. The supply is three-phase 3Ph + N + PE, 400 V, the maximum current 32 A, and the charging power reaches 22 kW, configurable by the user in the 4-22 kW range. Compared with the version without cable, this one includes a 5 m coiled cable with a Type 2 connector, which retracts on its own and does not stay on the ground - an important advantage in car parks with pedestrian traffic.

The enclosure is of stainless steel, with a diameter of only 114 mm, and the total weight is 15 kg (with cable). The station has type A RCBO residual current protection of 30 mA / 40 A, residual current monitoring, overcurrent, overvoltage and undervoltage protections and earth fault detection. Mechanically, it offers IP54 and IK10 impact resistance, with shock and tilt sensors that automatically stop the session in case of impact or overturning. The operating range is -30...+60 °C, at 5-95% humidity non-condensing.

Communication is done through Wi-Fi 2,4 GHz, Bluetooth 5, Ethernet and 4G modem, with OCPP 1.6 (OCPP 2.0.1 in preparation), Modbus RTU, NFC and Plug & Charge according to ISO 15118-20. The station supports dynamic load balancing and integration with photovoltaic installations, has a fully configurable RGB LED status indicator and iOS/Android apps for control and monitoring.
