Description

This is the fully equipped version of the dual wall-mounted charging point: two cars can be supplied at the same time, and both cables are already attached. The cables are coiled, meaning they retract by themselves after use and do not stay stretched on the ground. Nobody has to bring their own accessories - you take the plug from the wall and put it into the car. The cylindrical stainless steel body resists weather and impacts.

Each point delivers up to 22 kW, that is 44 kW installed in a single device; as a guide, one hour at 22 kW means about 22 kWh going into the battery, if the car accepts this power on alternating current. The cables are 5 m each, enough for two adjacent parking spaces. The assembly, including the cables, weighs 22 kg and has a diameter of 114 mm, so the fixing wall must be a load-bearing one. It operates between -30 and +60 °C, at 5-95% humidity without condensation, and the shock and tilt sensors stop the session by themselves in case of impact. Through dynamic load balancing, the power is distributed automatically between the two cars, so that the connection limit is not exceeded.

5 m coiled cable: A looped cable that retracts by itself after use, reaches both sides of the car and does not stay on the ground.

Astreea SmartCharger vertical wall-mounted with two coiled cables (code ACS2221) is the fully equipped version of the dual wallbox. The supply is three-phase 3Ph + N + PE, 400 V, with two circuits of 32 A each and a maximum power of 2 x 22 kW, that is 44 kW installed. Both points are delivered with a coiled cable with Type 2 connector, so that two vehicles can be charged at the same time without the drivers having their own cable.

The cylindrical stainless steel body has a diameter of 114 mm, and the total weight, with the two cables, is 22 kg. The sockets are Type 2 with shutter (T2S). Electrical protection is provided by a type A RCBO of 30 mA / 40 A, with residual current monitoring and protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and earth fault. Mechanically, the station offers an IP54 protection degree and IK10 impact resistance, with shock and tilt sensors that automatically stop the session in case of impact. The operating range is -30...+60 °C, at 5-95% humidity without condensation.

Communication is through Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5, Ethernet and 4G modem, with OCPP 1.6 (OCPP 2.0.1 in preparation), Modbus RTU and NFC protocols, plus iOS and Android mobile apps.
