Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
161.28 kWh of reserve for industrial consumers: 21 LiFePO4 modules in series, at 806.4 V - the maximum configuration of a Deye BOS-A cluster.
It is an industrial-scale electricity store: a cabinet full of battery modules which collect cheap or panel-produced electricity and give it back when the output drops or when grid energy is expensive. All the modules are connected one after the other, and a common control unit permanently monitors them and communicates with the inverter. The chemistry used, lithium iron phosphate, is the same one generally chosen where safety and long service life matter.
The 161.28 kWh come from 21 modules of 7.68 kWh each and represent the maximum capacity of the BOS-A series on a single cluster. At a rated current of 100 A, the system can charge or discharge for hours on end, and for short peaks it goes up to 160 A. The manufacturer declares a minimum of 6000 cycles at 25 degrees C, that is, indicatively, more than 16 years if the battery does one full cycle a day. A detail that must not be ignored: the fully equipped assembly weighs about 1586 kg, so the location must be structurally checked before installation, and the installation is done indoors.
Configuration: 21 x BOS-A-Pack7.68 in series, 806.4 V nominal, operating range 705.6-919.8 V; modules of 38.4 V / 200 Ah, 601.5 x 520 x 135 mm and about 70 kg each. Rated charge/discharge current 100 A, maximum discharge current 160 A. The BMS provides cell balancing, protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature, plus real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and state of charge, with CAN 2.0 communication through the BOS-A-PDU-2 unit (HVB 750V/160A-EU). IP20 protection rating, indoor rack mounting, humidity 5-85%, maximum altitude 3000 m, sized for inverters in the 50-100 kW class; CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040, UN38.3, VDE-2510 certifications.
Suitable for a production hall or an industrial consumer with 50-100 kW inverters, which needs a large energy reserve and has an indoor technical space with a floor capable of supporting approximately 1.6 tonnes.

Series-level specifications — valid for the product family
The Deye BOS-A HV system of 161.28 kWh is the maximum configuration of the BOS-A series on a single cluster: 21 BOS-A-Pack7.68 modules of 7.68 kWh each, connected in series, managed by the BOS-A-PDU-2 control unit. The resulting nominal voltage is 806.4 V, with an operating range of 705.6 - 919.8 V for this configuration.
Each module has LiFePO4 cells, 38.4 V nominal and 200 Ah, with dimensions of 601.5 x 520 x 135 mm and a weight of about 70 kg. The rated charge and discharge current is 100 A, with a maximum discharge of 160 A. The total weight of the system fully equipped with 21 modules is approximately 1586 kg, so the location must be structurally checked.
The BMS provides cell balancing and protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature, with real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and state of charge. Communication is done over CAN 2.0. The declared service life is a minimum of 6000 cycles at 25 degrees C.
The system is sized for inverters in the 50 - 100 kW class and is installed indoors, in rack cabinets with an IP20 protection rating, at a humidity of 5 - 85% and a maximum altitude of 3000 m. Certifications: CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040, UN38.3, VDE-2510.
