Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
The battery bank of an industrial storage system: 241.15 kWh, of which about 217 kWh usable, at 768 V. It is installed in a technical room and is completed with a PCS module.
This is the cabinet with the batteries proper of an industrial storage system, not a complete system. It is the "tank": it holds the energy, protects it and reports its state, but in order to supply the loads it needs a separate device, called a PCS, which makes the link with the building's electrical installation. The batteries are of the lithium-iron-phosphate type, a chemistry chosen for stability and long service life, and each module is permanently supervised by its own electronics which follow the voltage and the temperature.
The total capacity is 241.15 kWh, obtained from 15 modules of 16.08 kWh each, of which about 217 kWh are actually used at the recommended depth of discharge of 90%. The cabinet measures 2150 x 1305 x 800 mm and weighs approximately 2114 kg, and the IP20 protection rating means that it must be placed in a closed technical room, sheltered from water and dust, not outdoors. The configuration is flexible: one can start from 5 modules and reach 16, that is approximately 80 up to 257 kWh, so the investment can be made in stages. The cells are warranted for over 6,000 cycles down to 70% remaining capacity, with a 10-year product warranty, and maintenance is limited to keeping the room clean and within the permitted temperature range.
The rack works at 768 V nominal voltage, with a range of 624-876 V, modules of 51.2 V / 314 Ah / 16.08 kWh, maximum charging and discharging current 180 A and recommended current in continuous operation 157 A. Each module has its own BMS, over which a system controller is added, with TCP, RS485 and CAN communication for integration into third-party EMS and cell-level monitoring; cooling is by air, with ventilation controlled according to the pack temperature. Thermal range 0...55 °C on charging and -20...55 °C on discharging, humidity 5-85% RH, maximum altitude 3000 m, CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040 and UN 38.3 certifications. It is coupled with the PCS modules of 100 kW or 125 kW (SUN-100K/125K-PCS01HP3), one PCS serving up to 16 racks, and through paralleling the solution covers from 125 kW up to 2.5 MW.
Suitable for an industrial or commercial consumer who builds their storage system from modules and has a technical room; it is chosen together with a PCS module, it does not work on its own.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
Deye BOS-B Pro-A3 is a lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) battery rack intended for commercial and industrial (C&I) storage systems. The 241.15 kWh configuration is obtained by connecting in series 15 modules of 16.08 kWh, each module having 51.2 V and 314 Ah. This results in a nominal system voltage of 768 V, with an operating range of 624-876 V, and a usable energy of about 217 kWh at the recommended depth of discharge of 90%.
The maximum charging and discharging current is 180 A, and the recommended current in continuous operation is 157 A. The rack integrates a BMS on each module plus a system controller, with communication through TCP, RS485 and CAN, which allows integration into third-party EMSs and cell-level monitoring. Cooling is of the intelligent type, with ventilation controlled according to the pack temperature. The cells are warranted for over 6000 cycles down to 70% residual capacity (0.5C/0.5C regime at 25 +/- 2 degrees C).
The cabinet is 2150 x 1305 x 800 mm and approximately 2114 kg, with an IP20 protection rating, so it is installed in a closed technical space. The temperature range is 0...55 degrees C on charging and -20...55 degrees C on discharging, humidity 5-85%, maximum altitude 3000 m. Certifications: CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040 and UN 38.3.
The rack is part of the modular Deye C&I ESS solution and is coupled with the PCS modules of 100 kW or 125 kW (SUN-100K/125K-PCS01HP3), one PCS being able to serve up to 16 racks. It can be configured from 5 up to 16 modules per rack (approximately 80-257 kWh), and through paralleling one reaches solutions from 125 kW up to 2.5 MW.
