Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
It stores the energy produced during the day and gives it back in the evening, even mounted outdoors: 11.776 kWh, 90% depth of discharge, IP66 enclosure with its own heating.
Pytes V12 is a large battery for the house, which gathers the current produced by the panels when the sun is out and gives it back in the evening, at night or when the grid is interrupted. The enclosure is sealed and treated against corrosion, so the battery can sit outside, on a wall or on a platform, without needing a technical room. Inside it has a heating pad, a kind of electric blanket for the cells, which allows it to charge in winter as well, when it is below zero outside.
The 11.776 kWh cover, as a guide, the evening and night consumption of an ordinary home, and 90% of this energy can actually be used, the rest remaining as a protection reserve. The battery delivers 100 A continuously, that is 5.12 kW, enough for several household loads switched on at the same time, and 200 A at peak, maintained for over 180 seconds, for starting motors. It occupies 640 x 230 x 520 mm and weighs 100 kg, so it needs a solid wall or a firm base and two people for installation. The heating pad raises the temperature by 8 degrees C per hour, and the 6000 declared cycles mean, as a guide, more than 15 years at one charge-discharge per day. The warranty is 10 years, with at least 70% of the capacity retained at the end.
Voltage range 47.5-57.6 V at 51.2 V nominal, 230 Ah, recommended current 100 A when charging and discharging, peak 200 A maintained for over 180 s, DoD 90%, 6000 cycles. Thermal range: 0...55 degrees C when charging, -20...55 degrees C when discharging, with an integrated heating pad of +8 degrees C/h. The equipment includes a DC switch, a pre-charge circuit and, optionally, a fire suppression system; the enclosure is IP66 with class C4-M anti-corrosion treatment. Communication RS485, CAN, WiFi and dry contact; certifications UL9540, UL9540A, UL1973, CEC, SGIP, IEC62619, CE, UN38.3.
Suitable for a house without indoor technical space, which needs a battery mounted outdoors and which must charge in the months with negative temperatures as well.
