Aiko Comet 1N A600
More energy from the same roof area: 600 W from a single module, at 23.2% efficiency, with the contacts moved to the back for a fully active front face.
The power peak of the series: 715 W and 23.0% efficiency from a single glass-glass bifacial panel of 2384 x 1303 mm. Fewer pieces to mount for the same plant.
This is the most powerful version of the manufacturer's large-format family: the same panel as the 700-710 W models, but sorted at the factory (binned) into the 715 W class. It has glass on both faces and cells that also produce from the light reflected by the ground, that is, it is bifacial. For a large project, every extra watt per module means fewer pieces to lift, fix and cable for the same total power.
The module measures 2384 x 1303 x 33 mm, occupies about 3,1 sqm and weighs 37,8 kg, so it is handled by two people and requires a structure that supports this weight during installation. As a guide, one hundred 715 W panels mean 71,5 kWp over about 310 sqm of module area (calculated from power and dimensions). The front efficiency of 23,0% is the highest in the CS7N range, and the structure withstands 5400 Pa snow and 2400 Pa wind. The manufacturer gives a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with a loss below 1% in the first year and below 0,4% per year afterwards.
At STC: 715 W, Voc 48,5 V, Vmp 40,6 V, Isc 18,64 A, Imp 17,63 A, 132 N-type TOPCon half-cells (2 x 66), glass-glass laminate 2,0 + 2,0 mm, maximum system voltage 1500 V DC. Pmax coefficient -0,29 %/°C; the N-type architecture shows no boron-oxygen induced LID degradation. At design stage it must be checked that the inverter accepts an Isc above 18 A on the MPPT input and that the structure supports 37,8 kg over 3,1 sqm including during handling. Certifications IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 61730.
Suitable for large utility and industrial projects, where maximum power density per hectare is sought and where the crane or the installation team can handle 37,8 kg modules.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
CS7N-715TB-AG is the maximum power variant of the Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu7 CS7N-TB-AG family, structurally identical to the 700-710 W models but binned at 715 W. It has 132 N-type TOPCon half-cells (2 x 66) in a bifacial glass-glass laminate 2,0 + 2,0 mm, overall size 2384 x 1303 x 33 mm and 37,8 kg.
The parameters at STC are 715 W, Voc 48,5 V, Vmp 40,6 V, Isc 18,64 A and Imp 17,63 A, which corresponds to a front efficiency of 23,0% - the top of the CS7N range. The temperature coefficient of power is -0,29 %/degree C, and the N-type TOPCon architecture shows no boron-oxygen induced LID degradation; the manufacturer declares below 1% loss in the first year and below 0,4% per year afterwards. The structure withstands 5400 Pa snow and 2400 Pa wind, and the maximum system voltage is 1500 V.
The high power per module reduces the number of pieces, connectors and metres of structure per MW installed, which is why the series is used especially in utility and large C&I projects. At design stage it must be checked that the inverter accepts an Isc above 18 A on the MPPT input and that the structure supports the 37,8 kg / 3,1 sqm module during handling. Certifications IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 61730.
