Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
Complete industrial storage system: 241.15 kWh of battery (about 217 kWh usable) plus the 125 kW converter, with an efficiency of up to 98.5%. Indicatively two hours at maximum power.
This is the complete package: the battery cabinet plus the device that makes the link with the building's electrical installation. The batteries hold the energy, and the converter, called PCS, transforms it in both directions — it charges the batteries from the grid or from the panels and discharges them when consumption rises. The two are chosen separately precisely because the size of the tank and the speed at which you empty it are different things: you can have a lot of energy stored and draw it slowly, or little and draw it quickly.
In this configuration there are 241.15 kWh stored, of which about 217 kWh usable at 90% depth of discharge, and 125 kW of conversion power, that is indicatively two hours of discharge at maximum power — a ratio suitable for cutting consumption peaks and for moving consumption from one time slot to another. The maximum conversion efficiency is 98.5%, and the European one 97.8%, so the losses on the electronics side are small. A single PCS module can serve up to 16 battery racks, so the system can grow later without replacing what already exists. The batteries are guaranteed for 10 years and over 6,000 cycles down to 70% remaining capacity, and the solution can later be completed with the photovoltaic part and with generator switching.
The BOS-B Pro-A3 rack uses 15 LiFePO4 modules of 16.08 kWh (51.2 V / 314 Ah), with 768 V nominal and a range of 624-876 V; the SUN-125K-PCS01HP3 PCS works with a 200 A charge/discharge current on the battery side. Optionally, the SUN-MPPT-L01-EU-AM8 MPPT module is added, which accepts up to 200 kWp of photovoltaics on 8 MPPT trackers of 40 A each, with a tracking efficiency above 99.9%, and the 500 kW SUN-STS500L STS module for switching between grid, off-grid and diesel generator. TCP, RS485 and CAN communication; through paralleling the solution covers 125 kW - 2.5 MW. Battery certifications: CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040, UN 38.3.
Suitable for a factory, a logistics centre or a commercial building with a high contracted power and a rooftop photovoltaic plant, which wants a storage system delivered as an assembly, not as separate components.

10 years product warranty for the BOS-B Pro-A3 battery
Series-level specifications — valid for the product family
The Deye industrial storage package combines the 241.15 kWh BOS-B Pro-A3 battery rack with the 125 kW PCS conversion module from the SUN-125K-PCS01HP3 series. The battery part uses LiFePO4 cells grouped in 15 modules of 16.08 kWh (51.2 V / 314 Ah), resulting in a nominal system voltage of 768 V, a working range of 624-876 V and about 217 kWh of usable energy at 90% DoD.
The 125 kW PCS module provides the bidirectional conversion and works with a charge/discharge current of 200 A on the battery side. The maximum conversion efficiency is 98.5%, and the European efficiency 97.8%. A single PCS module can serve up to 16 battery racks, which allows the power to be sized independently of the storage capacity. The ratio in this package, 125 kW to 241.15 kWh, corresponds to a nominal discharge duration of approximately two hours, suitable for peak shaving and load shifting over long intervals.
The Deye C&I ESS architecture is modular and can be completed with the SUN-MPPT-L01-EU-AM8 MPPT module, which accepts up to 200 kWp of photovoltaics on 8 MPPT trackers of 40 A each, with a tracking efficiency above 99.9%, and with the SUN-STS500L STS module for switching between on-grid, off-grid and diesel generator operation. System communication is via TCP, RS485 and CAN. By paralleling the modules, the solution covers a range from 125 kW up to 2.5 MW.
The batteries are certified CE, IEC 62619, IEC 62040 and UN 38.3, have over 6000 cycles down to 70% residual capacity and a 10-year warranty.
