Battery Kit ATMOCE MS-7K-U (Three-phase)

It is a battery for a house or a small commercial space, which is wired to the existing distribution board and works alongside any photovoltaic inverter, regardless of brand. Inside it, the direct current voltage stays below the threshold considered dangerous, and the step-up to the usual voltage is done by its own electronics — that is why handling and installation are safer than with classic batteries of hundreds of volts. The battery is identical to the single-phase variant; only the way it is connected to the installation and the way consumption is measured on the three phases differ.

The 7 usable kWh cover, as a guide, the evening and night consumption of an ordinary home, and the discharge power of maximum 5 kVA, with a peak of 5 kW, supports several loads at the same time; charging goes up to 3,75 kVA. The efficiency measured on the alternating current side is about 90%. The metal enclosure of 830 x 480 x 195 mm and 73,5 kg is fixed to a wall or placed on the floor, and the IP66 protection allows mounting outdoors as well. The cells are rated at 10.000 full cycles, with a 15-year product warranty, and if 7 kWh are not enough further units can be added, up to 126 kWh of total capacity. The distribution across phases is decided at design stage, according to the consumption of each phase and to the requirements of the distribution operator.

MS-7K-U in three-phase configuration is the same ATMOCE M-ELV 7 kWh battery, with LiFePO4 cells and Extra Low Voltage architecture, where the direct current voltage inside the module does not exceed 30 V. The difference from the single-phase variant is not in the battery, but in the way of AC connection and of metering on the three-phase supply; the manufacturer delivers a single product code, approved for both types of grid.

Electrically, the battery works coupled on the alternating current side, in the 176-276 V range, with a continuous charging power of maximum 3,75 kVA and a continuous discharging power of maximum 5 kVA (peak 5 kW). The AC round-trip efficiency is about 90%, and the cells are rated at 10.000 full cycles.
