Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
A 10 kWh reserve for the house, ready to install: 2 Growatt modules of 5 kWh that stack without cables between them, plus the base and the cables towards the inverter.
It is a complete storage set for a home: two identical battery boxes that are placed one on top of the other, like drawers, on a common base. The energy produced by the panels during the day goes into them and comes out in the evening, when the sun has set and the consumption grows. The cells are of the lithium-iron-phosphate type, cobalt free, a chemistry chosen for stability and long service life. The package also includes the base and the cables, so they do not have to be bought separately.
The 10 kWh, of which 92% are used, indicatively cover the evening and night consumption of an ordinary house: lighting, fridge, TV, electronics and a few large appliances. Each module can charge or discharge at a maximum of 60 A, so together they reach 120 A, that is around 6 kW at 51.2 V - indicatively, the real limit being given by the inverter. The declared service life is 6000 cycles, that is, indicatively, over 16 years at one cycle per day. The modules connect in cascade, through contacts on the stack, without manual wiring between them, and the installation of such a set takes around 30 minutes. Each module weighs about 45 kg and is placed indoors, in a dry space, with temperatures between 0 and 50 deg C.
Two AXE 5.0L-C1 modules, cobalt-free LiFePO4 cells, 5.0 kWh each, 51.2 V nominal, range 48-57.6 V, maximum charge/discharge current 60 A per module, DoD 92%, 6000 declared cycles. Module 650 x 350 x 165 mm, about 45 kg, IP20, operating range 0...+50 °C. CAN/RS485 communication; cable set included: 33 sqmm conductors, 2 m, maximum working voltage 1000 V (positive, negative, earthing) plus RS485 cable towards the inverter. Expandability: up to 10 modules on a base (50 kWh) and up to 8 clusters in parallel (400 kWh). Compatible with the Growatt SPH, SPA, SPF inverters and the WIT H series; certifications CE, RoHS, UL 1973, FCC, UN 38.3.
Suitable for a single-family house with a Growatt SPH or SPA hybrid inverter, which wants to use in the evening the energy produced during the day and to have a reserve for short grid outages.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
The 10 kWh kit is made up of two Growatt AXE 5.0L-C1 modules, a base on which the modules are stacked and the set of interconnection cables. Each module uses cobalt-free LiFePO4 cells, has an energy of 5.0 kWh at a rated voltage of 51.2 V and works in the range 48-57.6 V. The maximum charge and discharge current is 60 A per module, the usable depth of discharge is 92%, and the declared service life is 6000 cycles.
The architecture is of the stacked type, with cascaded connection between the modules: there is no manual wiring between the units, which reduces the installation time to approximately 30 minutes. The supplied cable set includes power conductors with a cross-section of 33 sqmm and a length of 2 m, maximum working voltage 1000 V, with positive, negative and earthing wire, plus the RS485 communication cable towards the inverter. The system communication runs over CAN/RS485.
Each module measures 650 x 350 x 165 mm and approximately 45 kg, protection rating IP20 and operating range 0...+50 °C, so it is intended for indoor installation. Up to 10 modules can be stacked on one base (50 kWh per cluster), and the system accepts up to 8 clusters in parallel, that is a maximum of 400 kWh. The battery is compatible with the single-phase Growatt inverters from the SPH and SPA series, with the off-grid SPF inverters and with the WIT H series. The declared certifications are CE, RoHS, UL 1973, FCC and UN 38.3.
