Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
Storage that can also be mounted outdoors, in an IP65 enclosure: 6.14 kWh of which 5.53 kWh usable, at least 6000 cycles and expansion up to 196 kWh.
It is the energy tank of a house with panels: it gathers the surplus during the day and gives it back in the evening. Being enclosed in a sealed metal housing, it can sit on an exterior wall or in the garage, not only in a technical room. The chemistry is cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate, stable and with no maintenance requirements.
Out of 6.14 nominal kWh, 5.53 kWh remain usable at 90% depth of discharge, enough for the evening and night consumption of an ordinary house. The rated DC power of 3.07 kW shows what load the battery can support continuously; if needed the current rises to 100 A, with a peak of 150 A for 2 minutes, for starting a motor. At least 6000 cycles down to 70% remaining capacity means, as a guide, more than 16 years at one discharge per day, and the warranty covers 10 years or 20 MWh passed through the battery. The module is 510 x 740 x 145 mm and about 58 kg, so it takes up about as much wall space as a radiator, and it is mounted by two people. Up to 32 units can be connected in parallel, that is 196 kWh.
Cobalt-free LiFePO4, 6.14 kWh nominal / 5.53 kWh usable at 90% DoD, 120 Ah, 51.2 V, range 43.2-57.6 V, rated DC power 3.07 kW. Recommended current 60 A, maximum 100 A, peak 150 A / 2 min at 25 °C; at least 6000 cycles (0.5C/0.5C, 70% EOL). IP65 metal enclosure, wall or floor mounting, 510 x 740 x 145 mm (161 mm depth with the hanging plate), approx. 58 kg, natural cooling, discharge -20...55 °C. Internal BMS with monitoring and balancing, CAN 2.0 and RS485 communication, 5 SOC LEDs and 3 status LEDs, automatic network connection of the modules, firmware update including from a USB stick. Certifications UN38.3, IEC62619, CE, CEI 0-21, VDE2510-50.
Suitable for a house where there is no technical room and the battery must be mounted in the garage or on an exterior wall, with an evening consumption covered by about 5.5 kWh.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
Deye RW-M6.1-B is a cobalt-free LiFePO4 battery, with 6.14 kWh of nominal energy and 5.53 kWh of usable energy at 90% DoD. The nominal voltage is 51.2 V, with a working range of 43.2-57.6 V and a rated DC power of 3.07 kW. The recommended charging/discharging current is 60 A, maximum 100 A, with a peak of 150 A for 2 minutes at 25 degrees C. The declared service life is at least 6000 cycles (0.5C/0.5C, 70% EOL).
The IP65 metal enclosure allows wall or floor mounting and measures 510 x 740 x 145 mm (161 mm depth with the hanging plate), with a weight of approx. 58 kg. The internal BMS monitors and balances the cells, and communication to the inverter is through CAN 2.0 and RS485. Local indication is given by 5 SOC LEDs and 3 status LEDs. The modules connect to each other automatically in a network, and the firmware can be updated including from a USB stick. Certifications: UN38.3, IEC62619, CE, CEI 0-21, VDE2510-50.
