Deye RW-F16 battery, 16 kWh, LiFePo4
Autonomy for a whole evening: 16 kWh, of which 14.4 kWh usable, 160 A continuous and a 300 A peak for appliances that are hard to start.
Battery block that stacks without cables, with fire suppression included: 4,09 kWh per module, 2-6 modules per tower (8,18-24,56 kWh), IP65 protection.
Deye GB-LM4.0 is a battery block that is placed on top of another, like stacked boxes, forming a tower. You have no cables to run between them: the electrical contacts are integrated in the structure and couple by themselves when you set the module in its place. The tower is carefully designed for safety - it has a gas venting valve, temperature sensors and a fire suppression system right inside the module. The enclosure resists water and dust, so it can also stay outdoors.
One module stores 4,09 kWh, of which 90% are usable, and a tower can have between 2 and 6 modules, that is between 8,18 and 24,56 kWh - from a reserve for essential loads to the energy of a whole evening in a large house. Each module weighs 42 kg and measures 540 x 385 x 220 mm, so the tower is raised by two people, stage by stage. The IP65 protection rating and the anti-corrosion treatment allow outdoor mounting, and with the heating option activated the battery also works in frost, down to -20 degrees C. The tower is completed with the GB-LBS control box and with the base, has an LCD display for the system status and receives firmware updates remotely, without travelling on site.
LiFePO4 cells, 102,4 V nominal per module, 40 Ah, 4,09 kWh, DoD 90%, maximum charge and discharge current 50 A. The modules are connected in series, 2-6 per tower, resulting in system voltages between 204,8 and 614,4 V and capacities of 8,18-24,56 kWh, managed by the GB-LBS control box together with the base. Safety: gas venting device in case of deflagration, integrated fire suppression, thermal sensors on the cells and on the power connectors, optional heating function for operation down to -20 degrees C. CAN 2.0 and RS485 communication, LCD display, real-time notifications, remote firmware update; IP65, 540 x 385 x 220 mm, 42 kg.
Suitable for a house with a Deye high-voltage system, especially when the battery has to be mounted outdoors or when the capacity is to grow in steps of 4 kWh.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
Deye GB-LM4.0 is the high-voltage battery module of the Deye GB-L system, intended for the GB-S all-in-one solutions. Each module has LiFePO4 cells, rated voltage 102,4 V, capacity 40 Ah and rated energy 4,09 kWh, with a usable depth of discharge of 90%. The maximum charge and discharge current is 50 A.
The modules stack vertically and connect in series without cables between them, through power connectors integrated in the structure. Between 2 and 6 modules can be mounted on one tower, resulting in system voltages from 204,8 V up to 614,4 V and capacities from 8,18 kWh to about 24,6 kWh. The tower is completed by the GB-LBS control box together with the base.
From the safety point of view, the module includes a gas venting device in case of deflagration and an integrated fire suppression mechanism, plus thermal sensors that monitor the temperature of the cells and of the power connectors. Optionally the heating function can be activated, which allows operation down to -20 degrees C. The enclosure has IP65 protection rating and anti-corrosion treatment.
Communication is done via CAN 2.0 and RS485, with an LCD display for the system status, real-time notifications and remote firmware updates. Dimensions 540 x 385 x 220 mm, mass 42 kg.
