Description

Deye BOS-G Pro is a battery drawer that fits into a standard 19-inch cabinet, like the ones used for servers. It is not used on its own: several such drawers are connected together and form the storage system of a company, a workshop or a building. The idea is simple - you choose how many drawers you install, depending on how much energy you want to have available.

Each module brings 5.12 kWh, and a system can have between 3 and 12 modules, that is between 15.36 and 61.44 kWh - from a reserve that keeps the lights and the computers going for a few hours, up to the energy of a working day in a small workshop. The module delivers 100 A continuous, with a peak of 120 A, enough for starting ordinary machines. It weighs 46-49 kg and measures 440 x 585 x 133 mm, so it is handled by two people and installed indoors or in a dedicated cabinet, at temperatures of 0...55 degrees C on the charging side. The power cables and the communication cables for interconnecting the modules come in the package, so they do not have to be procured separately.

Product code BOS-G-Pack5.1 Pro. LiFePO4 cells, 51.2 Vdc nominal per module, 100 Ah, 5.12 kWh; rated charging/discharging current 100 A, peak 120 A. The modules are connected in series, 3-12 pieces, managed by the BOS-G-PDU-2 control box, with an operating range of 200-1000 Vdc and system capacities of 15.36-61.44 kWh. 19-inch rack format, 440 x 585 x 133 mm, approx. 46-49 kg, IP20; charging temperature 0...55 degrees C, discharging temperature -20...55 degrees C.

Who it suits

Suitable for a workshop, a shop or an office that already has a technical cabinet and wants a storage system dimensioned exactly to need, between 15 and 61 kWh.

Terms explained

  • 19-inch rack: The cabinet standard used in technical rooms; the equipment all has the same width and is mounted on rails, one above the other.
  • Control box (PDU): The assembly that connects the modules together, protects them with fuses and contactors and presents them to the inverter as a single battery.
  • Vdc: Volts in direct current - the type of current the batteries work with, as opposed to the alternating current from the socket.
