Aiko Comet 1N A600
More energy from the same roof area: 600 W from a single module, at 23.2% efficiency, with the contacts moved to the back for a fully active front face.
The 620 W variant of the bifacial double-glass panel: efficiency of about 23.0%, bifaciality 80% and a 35 A string fuse for large systems.
This is the most powerful version of the bifacial panel in this family - the same product, selected at the factory exit for a higher power. Being bifacial, it produces current both from the light that falls on the front and from that reflected by the surface beneath it. It has glass on both faces, which makes it resistant to moisture and to mechanical stresses, but also heavier than an ordinary house panel.
The front produces 620 W under standard conditions, at an efficiency of about 23.0%. The declared bifaciality factor is 80% +/- 5%, so the rear side adds an extra production which depends, indicatively, on the colour of the surface underneath and on the way of mounting. The panel is 2382 x 1134 mm and 32.8 kg, it is handled by two people and requires a structure calculated for its weight and size. It withstands 5400 Pa of snow pressure and 2400 Pa of wind, works between -40 and +85 degrees C and has a fire classification of UL Type 29 / IEC Class C. The warranty is 12 years for the product and 30 years linear on the power, with a maximum of 0.4%/year degradation and a minimum of 87.4% of the initial power at 30 years.
STC (front): 620 W, Vmp 41.2 V, Imp 15.06 A, Voc 48.4 V, Isc 16.08 A; Pmax coefficient -0.29 %/degree C. Laminate of 132 N-type TOPCon half-cells (2 x 11 x 6) in G12R format, double glass 2.0 + 2.0 mm heat-strengthened with an anti-reflective coating on the front, frame of anodised aluminium alloy, IP68 junction box, T6, MC4-EVO2 or MC4-EVO2A connectors. Maximum system voltage 1500 V DC and a maximum string fuse of 35 A, which allows configurations optimised for high-power string inverters and for central inverters.
Suitable for high-power projects - ground-mounted parks, carports or industrial halls - where work is done at 1500 V and maximum production per structure is sought.

CS6.2-66TB-620 is the top bin of the bifacial TOPBiHiKu6 CS6.2-66TB series. It uses 132 N-type TOPCon half-cells in G12R format and a double-glass construction with two sheets of 2.0 mm heat-strengthened glass, the front glass having an anti-reflective coating. The frame is of anodised aluminium alloy, and the junction box IP68; the connectors can be T6, MC4-EVO2 or EVO2A.
At STC the module delivers 620 W on the front, with Vmp 41.2 V, Imp 15.06 A, Voc 48.4 V and Isc 16.08 A, at an efficiency of about 23.0%. The declared bifaciality factor is 80% +/- 5%, so the rear side contributes additionally to the production depending on the albedo of the surface under the modules. The temperature coefficient of the power is -0.29 %/degree C.
The module withstands 5400 Pa of snow load and 2400 Pa of wind load, has a fire classification of UL Type 29 / IEC Class C and an operating range of -40 ... +85 degrees C. The maximum system voltage is 1500 V DC, and the maximum string fuse 35 A, which allows strings optimised for central inverters and for high-power string inverters.
