This is the highest-power version in this series, in a panel of the usual size for a house roof. The secret lies in the cells with all the contacts moved to the back: the front is no longer shaded by metal stripes, so the surface that produces current is larger. That is why the panel delivers more watts than a classic one of the same dimensions.
One panel gives 465 W under standard conditions and 350 W at the actual outdoor temperature (NOCT), at an efficiency of 23.3%. At 21.5 kg for 465 W, the ratio between power and weight is very good, which matters on roofs with a limited structure or when replacing older panels on the same 1757 mm supports. Ten pieces mean 4.65 kW installed on about 19.9 m2. In heat it loses only 0.26% of its power per degree, and the voltage drops by 0.22% per degree. It withstands 5400 Pa of snow pressure on the front and 2400 Pa on the back, has an IEC Class C fire rating, and the warranty is 25 years on the product and 30 years on performance, with 99% after the first year, 0.35%/year thereafter and about 90.6% at 30 years.

The AIKO-A465-MAH54Mw is the top bin of the Neostar 2P mono-glass series, with 108 N-type ABC cells (6x18) in a classic residential size of 1757 x 1134 mm. The All Back Contact technology moves the contacts to the back of the cell, eliminating the shading produced by busbars and increasing the active surface, which explains the efficiency of 23.3% - one of the highest in this format.
At STC the module delivers 465 W, with Voc 40.79 V, Isc 14.51 A and Imp 13.76 A, and at NOCT 350 W (31.92 V). The temperature coefficients are -0.26 %/degree C for Pmax, -0.22 %/degree C for Voc and +0.05 %/degree C for Isc.
The construction uses 3.2 mm toughened glass on the front, a 30 mm anodised aluminium frame, 4 mm2 cables of 1200 mm and MC4-Evo2 connectors. The module withstands 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back, is tested against 25 mm hail at 23 m/s and has an IEC Class C fire rating. The maximum string fuse is 25 A. At 21.5 kg and 465 W, the power/weight ratio is very good for roofs where the structure has limitations.
