Basic Rail 22 - K2 mounting rail 4800 mm
It supports the panels on a sheet metal roof without loading it: a 4.8 m aluminium profile that weighs about 3.1 kg and raises the modules by only 22.5 mm.
The standard bolt of the Dome systems, with serration that does not let the joint loosen. Stainless steel A2, M8 x 20, 6 mm hex key drive, according to ISO 4762.
This is the usual bolt of the mounting systems for flat roofs, the one that fixes the structure components to the rail. It has a useful particularity: under the head it has a fine serration, a kind of teeth, which grips into the tightened part and prevents the bolt from loosening by itself over time, from the vibrations in the wind and from the expansion produced by temperature differences. No additional washers are needed for this.
In practice, this means that the joints do not have to be retightened periodically, and the installation does not loosen after a few years of exposure to wind and to the swing from frost to heatwave. Being of stainless steel, it does not rust and does not produce corrosion where it touches the aluminium components - a real problem when different metals are mixed on the roof. Each bolt weighs 0,013 kg, and packaging goes from small boxes of 200 pieces up to 2.000 pieces per box and 72.000 per pallet, so it is ordered to the size of the project. It is used together with the MK2 sliding nut, which is placed in the rail channel.
K2 article code 2001729, GTIN 4251786206629. Bolt with cylindrical head and hexagon socket M8x20 with serration, according to ISO 4762; stainless steel A2 (1.4301), head diameter 13 mm, 6 mm hex key drive, mass 0,013 kg/pc, packaging 200 pcs/small box, 2.000 pcs/box, 72.000 pcs/pallet. It is used with the MK2 sliding nut for fixing the Dome SD and Dome Peak elements, the module clamps and the accessories on the K2 rails, in the K2 Dome 6, K2 Dome Zero and K2 GreenRoof Vento systems, on flat and pitched roofs. Note: the commercial name mentions a hex head, but the actual drive is with an internal hexagon socket (hex key).
Suitable as a current fixing element in any project on K2 Dome, Dome Zero or GreenRoof Vento systems; it is ordered in quantity, together with the MK2 nuts with which it works in pairs.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
The K2 M8x20 bolt is the standard fixing element of the Dome systems for flat roofs. It is made according to ISO 4762, with a cylindrical head and internal hexagon socket (6 mm hex key), a head diameter of 13 mm, and it has a locking serration under the head, which prevents self-unscrewing under vibrations and thermal expansion, without additional washers.
The material is stainless steel A2 (1.4301), which ensures resistance to atmospheric corrosion throughout the service life of the installation and avoids galvanic corrosion in contact with the aluminium components. K2 article code 2001729, GTIN 4251786206629, weight 0,013 kg/pc, packaging 200 pcs/small box, 2.000 pcs/box and 72.000 pcs/pallet.
The bolt is used together with the MK2 sliding nut for fixing the Dome SD and Dome Peak elements, the module clamps and the accessories on the K2 rails. It is intended for the K2 Dome 6, K2 Dome Zero and K2 GreenRoof Vento systems, on flat roofs and pitched roofs. Note: the commercial name mentions a hex head, but the actual drive is with an internal hexagon socket (hex key).
