On a flat roof, the structure that holds the panels is not fixed with screws through the roof, but is held to the ground by weight - usually concrete slabs or bricks. SpeedPorter is the support on which this weight is placed. It is put on the rail by hand, without any tool: two supports at the distance suited to the slab size, and the slab rests directly on them. In practice, it turns ordinary slabs into the anchor that keeps the whole system in place.

One support takes up to 40 kg of ballast, so it is easy to calculate how many are needed once the total weight required by the installation is known. It itself weighs only 0.058 kg, so it adds nothing significant to the roof load. The size of 200 x 80 x 15 mm is designed for the usual slabs and bricks on the market. Tool-free installation greatly shortens the working time on sites with many panels, and the aluminium it is made of does not rust and requires no maintenance. Delivery is in bags of 10 pieces, boxes of 250 and pallets of 4,000 pieces. The K2 product warranty is 12 years, extendable to 20 years through sizing in K2 Base and documentation in K2 DocuApp.
