Basic Rail 22 - K2 mounting rail 4800 mm
It supports the panels on a sheet metal roof without loading it: a 4.8 m aluminium profile that weighs about 3.1 kg and raises the modules by only 22.5 mm.
It grips two adjacent panels at once, with a click system that holds the clamp open during installation. Set of 6, fixes 4 modules, adjustment 32-42 mm, silver aluminium, 0.38 kg.
The mid clamp sits between two neighbouring panels and grips both at the same time. It also keeps the constant distance between the panels, necessary because metal expands in the heat. It is made of aluminium, like the panel frame and like the rail, so that no corrosion appears where it presses.
The set has 6 clamps, weighs 0.38 kg and fixes 4 modules, and the panels can be placed either upright or lying down. The practical difference is made by the click system: a spring element holds the clamp open on its own during installation, so the installer can place the module without holding the clamp with one hand, a detail that matters a lot when you work on the roof. The 32-42 mm adjustment covers the usual frames on the market, so the set works with any panel brand. This version does not include earthing pins; if the project requires them, the manufacturer offers a variant with pins separately.
Code XFS_K002.15A, EAN 5904378628260, set of 6 mid clamps adjustable 32-42 mm, aluminium, silver finish, set mass 0.38 kg. Contents: 6 x clamp Y_KK0031, 6 x click element PF_KLK002.1, 6 x Allen bolt M8x35 (M944), 6 x square nut M8 (M915), 6 x spring washer M8 (M935), 6 x clamp spring (M637). Without earthing pins; the variant with pins, which ensures the electrical continuity between the module frame and the structure by penetrating the oxide layer of the aluminium, is available separately. Corab warranty for mounting structures: 10 years standard, extendable to 15 years through registration.
Suitable for installing a row of 4 modules on rails, on any type of structure, with panels having a frame between 32 and 42 mm.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
The Corab mid clamp for frames of 32-42 mm is delivered in a set of 6 pieces, code XFS_K002.15A, EAN 5904378628260, in a silver finish, with a total mass of 0.38 kg. The set is sized for fixing 4 photovoltaic modules and allows both vertical and horizontal mounting of the panels.
The mid clamp is placed between two adjacent modules and takes up both at the same time, being the element that also ensures the constant expansion gap between the panels. The body of the clamp is of aluminium, the same material as the module frame and as the rail, which avoids the galvanic couple at the tightening point. The adjustment range 32-42 mm covers practically all the usual frames on the market.
The set contains 6 pieces of each component: mid clamp (Y_KK0031), click element (PF_KLK002.1), Allen bolt M8x35 (M944), square nut M8 (M915), spring washer M8 (M935) and clamp spring (M637). The click element and the spring keep the clamp in the open position during installation, so that the installer can place the module without holding the clamp at the same time, which significantly speeds up work on the roof.
This version does not include earthing pins; the manufacturer offers separately a variant with earthing pins, which achieves the electrical continuity between the module frame and the structure by penetrating the oxide layer of the aluminium.
