Mid clamp 30-42 mm K2 Single Rail, Solid Rail, Base Rail

The mid clamp is the part that holds the panels on the rail, between two neighbouring modules. It is placed over the edges of two adjacent panels and clamps both at once, automatically setting the expansion gap between them. It is a small part, but whether the panel stays on the roof when a strong wind blows depends on it.

The 30-42 mm clamping range covers most of the usual crystalline modules on the market, so the same clamp can be used for panels from different manufacturers, without changing the part number for every project. The click-type function allows the clamp to be pre-positioned on the rail before the final tightening: the whole row is aligned and only then is the torque applied, which shortens the installation and gives a straight row. It is mounted on the K2 SingleRail, SolidRail and BaseRail rails. The position of the clamps is not chosen by eye, but exclusively within the clamping zones indicated by the panel manufacturer.

The mid clamp from the universal K2 range (OneMid / OneEnd family), intended for fixing modules with a frame height between 30 and 42 mm.
