Huawei SmartDongle 4G network adapter
The module that gives a Huawei inverter internet through a SIM card, where the fixed network does not reach. It plugs into the USB port, serves up to 10 inverters, IP65.
See how each panel works individually and shut down the installation on the roof on command. One DIN rail device manages up to 900 TS4 modules, through Ethernet, Wi-Fi or cellular.
Cloud Connect Advanced is the communication brain of a Tigo system: a small device, installed in the electrical board, which gathers the information sent wirelessly by each panel and passes it on to the app and to the monitoring portal. In addition, it has the role of an emergency switch at roof level - it can deactivate the panels individually, a function called rapid shutdown, useful for firefighters or for the team working on the house. Without it, the Tigo modules fitted on the panels work, but you have neither the data nor the shutdown command.
A single unit covers up to 900 TS4 modules and up to 7 Tigo Access Points (the antennas that pick up the signal from the panels), each TAP being able to sit about 35 m from the module area it serves - practically the same device is enough both for a house with 15 panels and for an industrial hall with a few hundred. The internet connection is made through Ethernet, Wi-Fi or a cellular connection, depending on what exists on site, and its own consumption of 3-7 W is negligible on the bill. Through Modbus you can bring the energy meter or the battery into the same monitoring, so as to see the whole installation in one place. It takes up very little on the DIN rail (31 x 115,51 x 71,54 mm, 126 g), has no fan and requires no maintenance, and commissioning and panel mapping are done from the phone, with the Tigo SMART app; for outdoor placement the kit with a dedicated enclosure is needed.
Product code 346-00000-00. Supply 10-25 V DC from a DIN rail power supply at 100-240 V AC, consumption 3-7 W, operating temperature -20 ... +70 °C, cooling by natural convection. Maximum capacity 900 TS4 modules and 7 TAPs, with the TAP placed about 35 m from the module area served; Ethernet, Wi-Fi or cellular uplink, Modbus interface for energy meters, inverters and third-party storage systems. Multifunction LED for local status indication, commissioning and diagnosis from the Tigo SMART app (Android / iOS).
Suitable for any installation equipped with Tigo TS4 modules, from a house with 10-20 panels to a commercial plant of a few hundred modules, where panel by panel monitoring and rapid shutdown are required.

Specifications confirmed from the manufacturer's datasheet
Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA, code 346-00000-00) is the central communication unit of the Tigo platform. It collects the data transmitted wirelessly by the TS4 modules fitted on the panels - through one or more Tigo Access Points (TAP) - sends it to the Tigo monitoring portal and, at the same time, provides the rapid shutdown function at panel level, including the individual deactivation of the modules in an emergency or for maintenance works.
The capacity of one unit: up to 900 TS4 modules and up to 7 TAPs, the TAPs being able to be placed about 35 m away from the module area served. This makes a single CCA cover everything from residential installations to commercial plants of a few hundred kW. The internet connection is made through Ethernet, Wi-Fi or a cellular connection, depending on the infrastructure available on site.
Through the Modbus interface, the CCA also integrates third-party equipment - energy meters, storage systems, inverters - so that the monitoring covers the whole installation, not only the photovoltaic generator. Commissioning, module mapping and diagnosis are done from the Tigo SMART app for Android and iOS, and a multifunction LED indicates the unit status locally.
The supply is at 10-25 V DC, from a DIN rail power supply fed at 100-240 V AC, with a consumption of 3-7 W. The enclosure is for DIN rail installation, with cooling by natural convection, dimensions 31 x 115,51 x 71,54 mm and a mass of 126 g; the permitted operating temperature is -20 ... +70 °C. For outdoor placement the kit with a dedicated enclosure is used.
